The production of concrete, especially the contained cement clinker, causes a high proportion manmade gaseous air pollution. Studies show that decarbonation limestone effects roughly 8% worldwide CO2 emissions, which underlines need for action and research. Due to present building infrastructure stocks their obsolescence, or rather replacement, amount demolition material is permanently increasing. In many cases consists high-quality could be used again as recycled aggregate in process conserve sources raw materials. Most concrete waste not carbonated means potential sink can exploited course recycling process. Since replacement primary material, state carbonation itself irrelevant any steel corrosion associated problems. main objective this work was investigate absorption waste, prove its use possible carbon sink. At point, velocity had optimised by special equipment. First test series ecological footprint significantly reduced if storage admixed during aim study point out further possibilities optimisation besides alternative binders, are subject research various projects worldwide.
